Currently, you can only change your password. Other personal details like your name, birth date, and email cannot be changed after registration.

Stars and Suns are the currency used inside JuanCast. This is the currency to be used to vote for polls. Suns are used for major polls while Stars are used for minor polls.

A: Stars are given in two ways.:

1. By watching ads through the JuanCast Store. Select Store > Ads > Select from the 4 boxes to opt-in. There is a 1-minute timer for every ads watched. You will be given 30 Stars for every ad that you opted in.

2. By purchasing in the JuanCast Store. Select Store> Stars. There are packages to select from with the equivalent amount in peso. The stars will automatically be credited to your account.

A: Suns are acquired by converting 200 Stars for 1 Sun in the JuanCast Store. Select Store > Suns. There you can convert your existing stars into suns.
