2. Power-ups are not transferrable or refundable.
3. Purchasing of power-ups will be disabled 30 mins before the end of every poll.
4. You can only use 1 (one) power-up at any given time.
5. Please ensure that a powerup is active before casting your vote. Contact support if power-up did not activate upon purchase.
6. Please purchase powerups ahead. Delays and lag might be encountered due to volume of users at every end of polls.
